International shipping – Outlet PC

Outlet PC is a Spanish company with its own stock and warehouses. All products are checked, prepared and shipped directly from our facilities, in collaboration with professional European carriers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the general characteristics of the products included in the order.

At Outlet PC, the displayed amount corresponds to the actual logistics cost, with no hidden fees or additional margins.

The shipping amount is automatically updated in the shopping cart. The final price is always displayed before payment is confirmed, at the last step of the checkout process.

Please make sure to carefully check the delivery details before completing your order. In the event of incorrect information, the cost of any re-shipment may be charged to the customer.

Delivery times

The usual delivery time is 3 to 4 business days, counted from the date the order is shipped.

  • Orders are prepared and shipped on business days.
  • The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or destination.
  • In exceptional circumstances (periods of high demand, external logistics conditions), delays beyond Outlet PC’s control may occur.

Check upon delivery

We recommend checking the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery:

  • Check the external condition of the packaging.
  • If there is visible damage, report it immediately to the carrier.
  • If possible, note the incident on the delivery receipt.
