Returns and non-conformity
All products shipped by Outlet PC are previously checked for quality and condition. If you have any questions about the use of the product or its operation, we recommend contacting our team before initiating a return.

Both in the case of returns due to withdrawal and non-conformity (malfunction), it is essential to follow the procedure below for proper processing:
- Open a ticket from your customer profile. You can check the procedure by clicking here.
- The legal period to notify a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, plus 3 working days for the product to arrive at our facilities.
- The item must be returned complete, with all accessories and in its original packaging, in perfect condition or in the best possible condition.
- Once received and inspected by our technical department, we will contact you. If a fault covered by the warranty is detected, it will be handled in accordance with it. Otherwise (misuse, improper handling or incorrect use), the costs of collection and, if applicable, reshipment will be borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. (Not applicable to companies, resellers or professionals).
The procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal is to open a ticket from the customer profile. For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with its original packaging and labelling.
- Returns of products that have been used will not be accepted, nor when the original packaging has been unsealed or tampered with.
- In the event of visible damage caused during transport, you must contact us within a maximum period of 12 hours from receipt.
- The product must include all original accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature:
- Software, memory and computer components such as graphics cards, hard drives, CPUs and motherboards, as well as console games, DVDs and Blu-Ray discs.
- Products susceptible to manipulation or copying.
- Products related to hygiene, personal care or health, kitchen utensils, household items and similar products.
- Products that require direct contact with the body, such as in-ear headphones, hair straighteners, epilators or personal care products.
- Fixed-installation products that have been modified for installation (ovens, hobs, microwaves, washing machines, etc.).
- Consumable products, such as printer cartridges.
For computer products, the operating system must be returned in the same condition as received, respecting partitions, configurations and original programs. Hard drives must be free of third-party content.
Outlet PC will accept returns where there is minimal wear resulting from a simple inspection. If the deterioration is greater, a proportional compensation may be agreed with the customer.
Outlet PC will not accept returns due to withdrawal outside the established period.
In returns due to withdrawal, only the price of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded, as they are considered a service contracted by the customer.
Shipping and return of products
To ensure that products arrive at our facilities in optimal condition, it is essential to adequately protect the original packaging.
Small products must be sent packaged in a similar way to the original delivery, ensuring that the contents are not visible. Larger products must be properly secured, closed and protected to prevent damage during transport.
Outlet PC will not accept returns of products that do not retain their original packaging. In these cases, the product must be inspected by the manufacturer’s official technical service.
Non-conformity
If the product is not in conformity, has defects, does not match the order placed or is not suitable for its intended use, you must contact our customer service to analyse the case and offer you an appropriate solution.
